1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Elite Execution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Elite Execution provides bespoke digital engineering, web design, application development, and artificial intelligence integration services. All specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures will be outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all invoices related to a specific project, Elite Execution transfers the intellectual property rights of the final delivered code and design assets to the client. Elite Execution retains the right to use non-confidential project assets for portfolio and marketing purposes.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business strategies disclosed during the course of the engagement. We enforce enterprise-grade security protocols to ensure your confidential data remains protected.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elite Execution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
